Nostalgia is a powerful force, and a wiser man than me once said every slice of pizza you eat as an adult attempts to recapture the taste of the perfect pie you ate as a seven year old. In my case, I compare all present day slices to a corner piece of cheese pizza from Tripoli’s Bakery of Lawrence, Massachusetts. It was simple and was greater than the dough, sauce, and cheese that made up the pizzas cooked on large rectangular sheet pans.
In the Capital City, Barnaby’s Family Inn continues to rank in the minds of many as one of the top places for pizza in Tallahassee.
