Nine years ago I procrastinated in booking a restaurant for Valentine’s Day. Full of panic and doom I frantically called around looking for a place for dinner. The first two places I called were booked solid but the third, Liam’s Restaurant, had a opening. Becky and I enjoyed an amazing meal and Liam’s became our go to restaurant for special occasions and date nights. I was recently informed by the affable co-owner, Rhonda Foster, that Liam’s menu had been revamped. Upon hearing this Becky and I decided to make the short drive to taste the changes.
