Agreed! You have to know what you’re going into and adjust expectations accordingly. I was just surprised to learn they didn’t employ any sushi chefs. Kind of crazy.

I think they dominate on the atmosphere and taste was great but you’re right about the price and the presentation. Though, my roll was a little tighter than yours. They just don’t have professional sushi chefs, but it’s a college loc… what can you expect?

Yes, $17 was a bit much for lunch. If I went for two rolls, it would have been $11ish. I liked the atmosphere here a lot better than Kiku.

I don’t care for the presentation and $17.00 is expensive. You can’t beat the BOGO at Kiku!
